Why is the "Create field" button grey?

The button stays inactive until every required part of the form is filled, and Playbox now lists exactly what is missing right above it, so you do not have to guess.

The most common reason is the address. A venue needs two things: a point on the map and a city. Tap the address row, place the pin on the pitch, and pick a city if Playbox asks for one (see “Playbox could not detect the city for my venue. What do I do?”).

The other required parts are the venue name, playable formats, type of field, surface, and booking options. Photos and goal size are optional and never block the button.

Note that a venue without a point on the map would not appear in search at all, which is why the point is required rather than optional. If everything looks filled and the button is still grey, contact support from the link at the bottom of the form.
