How do I add a field, and why might it not appear yet?

Add it yourself: at the venue step of the game form tap “Suggest new field” (you can also add one from the city venue map). No approval is needed and you don’t send the address to support: the venue is available right after you save it.

The address works from the map, not from typing: tap the address row, move the map until the pin sits on the pitch, then tap Save. Playbox reads the street and the city from the pin. The search field above the map looks for cities, not streets: use it to jump to the right city, then drag the map to the pitch. If Playbox can’t work out the city for your point, it offers a Select city button and keeps your point.

Fill in the rest as fully as you can: name, playable formats, surface, type of field, booking options and up to three photos.

If you still can’t find a venue that should exist, widen the search radius first (“Venues within N km of …”). If a venue you added doesn’t show, check the pin and that it isn’t a duplicate, then contact support.

Playbox doesn’t book the pitch for you: arrange the slot with the venue and mark it with “I’ve booked the venue” in the game form.
