Can players book my pitch from the app?

Only if you switch it on. Open Manage venue, then Booking and price, and turn on Public booking. Until you do, your venue is invoice only: bookings exist, but you create them yourself and players searching for a slot do not see the pitch.

Two things must be in place first. An hourly price, because without one there is nothing to charge, and opening hours, because players can only pick slots inside them. You also set a booking horizon, which is how many days ahead people may book, and no limit is a valid choice.

The money is simple: you receive your hourly price in full, and the platform’s service fee is added on top of it and paid by the player, so it never comes out of your share. A booked slot is held while the player pays and is released automatically if the payment does not arrive in time, which keeps unpaid holds from blocking your calendar.
