Can I book a pitch in the app, or set up one venue with several pitches?

It depends on the venue. Venue owners can switch public booking on for their pitch, and where it is on you pick a free slot in the app and book it yourself. Where it is off, you book the slot directly with the venue and then mark it as booked in the game builder (see “How do organizers handle booking time at municipal or busy venues?”). There’s also no “club with multiple pitches” concept: each pitch is a separate venue in Playbox, even if several pitches belong to the same complex, so add each one as its own field. For example, a complex with three pitches is created as three separate venues.

When you book from the app you see the price before you confirm: the venue’s hourly price, plus a platform service fee added on top. The slot is held for you while you pay and is released automatically if the payment does not arrive in time.
