How are venues found and sorted when I create a game, and how do I change the search radius?
Venues at the stadium-selection step are shown by distance from your location, not by your city, every field within your search radius appears, so a pitch in a neighbouring town near the city border shows up without switching cities.
Your centre point is your live location, then your saved point, then your city centre, and the current radius is shown on screen as “Venues within N km of …”. Tap that line, or open Game Radar in settings (it’s the same setting shared with your profile), to change the radius or move your point.
Favourite and your own venues are pushed to the top of the list but stay within the radius; anything outside it is hidden. Use the search box to find a field by name, street or district, and switch between the All fields and Favourites tabs.
If your pitch is not in the list, add it yourself with “Suggest new field” at the venue step: place the pin on the pitch, Playbox fills the address and city from it, and the venue is available right away with no approval. If you expect it to exist already, widen the radius or move your point closer first.
