The venue in Playbox has no phone number. How do I reach it to book a slot?

Playbox does not book pitches for you and cannot connect you to a venue. Contact details appear on a venue page only when the venue itself provided them, so many pitches show none.

What works in practice:

• look the venue up on Google Maps, Instagram or its own site, which is where most local pitches take bookings

• check the venue page for games that other organizers already run there and ask them

• go to the pitch and agree a regular weekly slot in person, which usually gets a better price than one-off bookings

Once you have agreed a time, create the game, pick the venue and mark that you have booked it.

Players cannot add or correct a venue’s phone number themselves. If you own or manage a pitch, request venue owner access so you can manage its page, schedule and contacts.
