Playbox could not detect the city for my venue. What do I do?

Pick the city yourself, and nothing you already did is lost. When the map cannot work out an address, the point you placed stays saved and a notice appears in the address section with a Select city button. Tap it, choose your city from the list, and the form unblocks.

This is not a mistake on your side. The pin, the street and the house number stay exactly as you set them, and only the city needs your confirmation. The same happens the other way round: if you pick a city first and the map later works out a more precise address, your choice is kept rather than overwritten.
