How do I get bibs, a ball and a tripod for my game?

You provide the equipment yourself: Playbox doesn’t supply gear or send anyone with it. For a casual game you don’t strictly need anything; for a good experience get bibs to split teams and a ball, and if you’ll film add a phone, tripod and power bank (none are mandatory, see “What equipment and software are needed for organizing games?”). Buy a set of bibs and a tripod once and reuse them across games.

When you create or edit the game you can flag the services you’ll provide (Bibs, Ball, Referee, Video, Photo) in “Inventory & Services”, in the “For players” section of the Checkout step, so players know what to expect.
