How does yellow-card carryover and suspension work across matchdays?

A direct red card means a 1-match suspension by default. Two yellows in one match (1 match) and reaching the yellow-card limit (default 4) also suspend. The organizer changes these numbers in the league rules.

The suspension counts down as the player’s team plays its next league matches, even if he is not in the squad, and he can’t be added to a lineup until it ends. Yellow cards carry over between matchdays. The yellow balance resets once a suspension is applied. If several apply, the strictest one counts.

The Creator or a Manager can shorten or lift a suspension in the league’s “Suspensions”.
