A team wants to leave the league after the deadline. What do I do in the app?

A team can withdraw its registration only until the sign-up deadline. After that the app refuses, so removing the team needs support: Telegram @playbox_support, WhatsApp https://wa.me/995511139045 or email contact@play-box.xyz. Any refund of the cash fee is between you and the team; Playbox does not refund it.

Meanwhile the Creator or a Manager can close its remaining matches with a technical defeat: in the Match Room, ”…” menu, “Technical defeat”, reason “Withdrew from the league”.

Don’t reset the schedule to drop the team: reset works only while no league match has started.
