How are teams ordered in the league table when they have equal points?

The table order is fixed and can’t be configured: points first, then fewer games played, then goal difference, then goals scored.

Head-to-head results are not a tiebreaker, and there is no setting to add them. The organizer can’t reorder the table by hand either. If your rules use head-to-head, settle it outside the app. The league “tiebreak” setting is only for drawn playoff matches.
