How do I cancel a disciplinary card issued by mistake?

Open the match, go to the Disciplinary Cards page and delete the card from the Issued in this match list. The list shows every card of that match with the player, the reason and the minute, and the bin icon on a row removes it after a confirmation. You can also open the card from the match timeline and delete it there.

Cancelling a card updates everything that depended on it: the card disappears from the player’s stats and from the league table, and a suspension that had no other card behind it is lifted automatically. This works after the final whistle too, so a card issued to the wrong player or a card overturned on protest can be corrected later.

Removing the player from the match squad does not cancel the card. A card belongs to the match protocol, not to the lineup, so the only way to undo it is to delete the card itself or to lift the suspension in league settings.

Who can do it: league Creators and Managers, and the referee assigned to the match.
