Can I set up a game that repeats every week?

Yes. Open Settings, then Organizer tools, then Recurring events, and tap Create recurring event (or turn on Repeat on the Checkout step when you create a game). Playbox then creates the game for you on the days you picked, without you touching it every week.

You choose the days of the week and the kick off time once, along with the usual settings: pitch, format, number of players, duration, price, rules and the Telegram chats or pages to announce in. By default each game is created 2 days ahead and goes up at 12:00; you can change both. The chats and pages you pick are saved with the schedule, so every game it creates is announced there automatically.

Keep in mind:

• if your wallet balance is negative the next game is not created and you are notified, so keep the balance at zero or above

• editing a schedule affects future games only, except for the announcement targets and the description, which also reach the game that has already been created

• if two of its games in a row are cancelled automatically with fewer than 4 players, Playbox deletes the schedule and tells you why; set it up again when you need it

You can also start from a game you already run: after the same weekly game has finished twice, Playbox offers autopilot in the lobby of the third one.
