Can I change the Early Bird discount after players have already joined?

Yes, you can edit it at any time, but the change is not neutral for players who already joined.

How it behaves today:

• players who already paid online (card, Apple/Google Pay or Playbox wallet) keep the price they were charged; nothing is recharged or refunded

• Early Bird players on cash are recalculated against the new discount, so what they owe changes

• nobody is notified when you change the discount

• you can’t set fewer discounted spots than are already claimed

Because of that, lowering the discount after cash players joined quietly raises what they owe. If you change it, tell the affected players yourself in the game chat.

Playbox supports one Early Bird tier: a single discount for a set number of spots. Stepped discounts, for example the first two players at one price and the next two at another, are not available.
