How do I archive a team or community?

Deleting a community archives it: its page with history and results stays available, but it is hidden from search and nobody can use it any more. A team is archived the same way from its management screen.

Only the owner can delete a community: settings (gear icon), “General”, “Delete community” at the bottom, then confirm. What happens:

• Upcoming games move automatically to the community of the person who created each game (their oldest community; if they have none, a new ” Community” is created for them). You don’t choose where they go.

• Games that already started or finished stay in the deleted community’s history.

• Recurring schedules (autopilot) are unlinked from it; their next games go to the creator’s own community.

• The team and participants get a “Community deleted.” notification. Pending join requests are closed.

The archived page shows “This community was deleted” and “Its history and results remain available”. It can’t be restored from the app. You can delete even your only community.
