Which streaming app can I use with Playbox?

On an iPhone the simplest option is our own app, Playbox Stream: connect it once with a QR code in Settings, “Connected Apps” (see “How do I connect the Playbox Stream app?”), pick your game and go live. The scoreboard is built into the video, so there is no stream key, RTMP server or overlay link to paste.

Otherwise use any app that can stream to Custom RTMP: Streamlabs, PRISM Live Studio or Larix Broadcaster on a phone, or OBS on a computer. The app matters less than how you connect it: don’t sign in to YouTube inside the app, paste the stream key and RTMP server from your game in Playbox instead (“Add stream” in the game, then “Copy stream key” and “Copy RTMP server”).

Then add the overlay link from Stream settings as a layer and start in landscape. If one app doesn’t work for you, take another from this list and paste the same key and server. The second phone runs the match in Playbox with the organizer account or a Manager or Referee of the game.
