My stream isn't showing on the Playbox YouTube channel. What's wrong?

If your broadcast went live in your streaming app (PRISM, Streamlabs, OBS) but didn’t appear on the Playbox YouTube channel, the stream destination is the issue. First check which channel the stream uses: in Stream settings each row (Stream #1, Stream #2) shows your channel name or “Playbox channel”. A stream created on one of your own channels goes to that channel by design; tap Add stream and choose Playbox channel if you want it there. To reach the Playbox channel, copy the key of a Playbox channel stream, paste it as the Custom RTMP key in your app and start in landscape. A stream pointed at another key or RTMP target won’t show on the Playbox channel. Use one device and account, use a fresh key per event (an old key won’t route correctly), and copy the overlay link from the same account that enters results.
