Why don't I see a charge or negative balance after my game?

Commission is not charged at the final whistle. After the game finishes, a daily run at about 10:00 your local time credits the game’s online payments to your Playbox wallet (“Online payments reimbursement”) and deducts the commission there, so both usually show up the next morning.

Commission counts all players, cash ones too. If the online money does not cover it, for example everyone paid cash, the rest is still taken from your wallet and the balance goes negative. There is no month-end invoice: you simply top up the wallet. While it is negative, your automation (autopilot) games are not published; creating games by hand still works. In commission-free regions nothing is charged.
