A player chose to pay with the wallet. Do I need to collect the money?

No. If he joined with the Playbox wallet, he paid the moment he joined: the money left his wallet then, and Playbox credits it to your wallet automatically at the next daily payout after the game, around 10:00 your local time, minus the Playbox fee. If he still shows as unpaid, he is on a cash spot: he is listed in your own profile in “Game Creator” mode, “Restrictions”, “Debtors”, where you set him to “Paid” once he pays you (see “Where do I see payments and who hasn’t paid me?”).

To check what arrived, open Wallet and look at the history. If a wallet payment for a finished game still hasn’t arrived a day later, write to human support with the game link: Telegram @playbox_support, WhatsApp https://wa.me/995511139045 or email contact@play-box.xyz.
