Which money in my wallet can I withdraw?

Only money you earned on the platform:

• online payments from players for the games you organized (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Playbox wallet)

• income from venue bookings, if you own a venue

They arrive the morning after each game (about 10:00 your local time) and are withdrawn from Wallet, “Available for pay out”, “Pay out” ($5 to $1000 per payout).

Not withdrawable: money you topped up yourself, top-up bonuses, gifts, and late-cancellation or no-show fines players paid you. Those stay as in-app credit: you spend them on games, and they also cover your Playbox commission.

“Available for pay out” in Wallet shows the withdrawable part, separate from the total balance.
