Where do I see payments and who hasn't paid me?

Everyone who still owes you, across all your games, is on your own profile in “Game Creator” mode: tap the “Restrictions” icon, then the “Debtors” tab. It is not in Settings.

• No “Restrictions” icon on your profile: you are in Player mode. Open Settings (gear icon on your profile), “Profile mode”, choose “Game Creator”, then go back to your profile.

• In “Debtors” switch the view between “Players” and “Events”. Tap a player, then a game, to open that game’s payments and set him to “Paid” once he settles.

• “Fees” next to “Debtors” is only for late-cancellation fees.

For one game only: open the game, tap “Manage”, then “Payments”. Players are grouped as “Not paid”, “Paid” and “Didn’t show”. It works after the game too. There is no separate “Debts” or “Financials” tab among the game’s lobby tabs.

A player who joined with the wallet or a card has already paid: the money was taken when he joined. Money that already reached you is in Wallet, in the history (“All”, “In”, “Out”).
