What payout options are available?

There are two payout methods, both from Wallet, “Available for pay out”, “Pay out”, then “Payout method”:

• “Bank Account”: a transfer to your bank account through Wise. The Playbox team reviews and approves each request by hand, then the money arrives 3-5 business days after confirmation.

• “Stripe”: a payout to your own Stripe account once you finish “Connect with Stripe”. It is sent right away in USD, and Stripe pays it to your bank in 1-2 business days.

Every payout is from $5 to $1000. There are no crypto (TON, USDT, BTC, ETH), PayPal or cash payouts.

You can withdraw only money earned on the platform: online payments for your games and venue booking income (see “Which money in my wallet can I withdraw?”).
