What is the Early Bird discount?

Early Bird is an organizer-funded discount, available only on paid pickup games (not Team Clash), that gives the first players to join a reduced price. The organizer sets how many discounted spots there are and the size of the discount, a percentage or a fixed amount off.

When you join while spots are still available you pay the lower Early Bird price; once the discounted spots are taken, everyone else joins at the regular price.

Your price is locked in the moment you join, later changes to the game price don’t affect you. If you leave before the game starts, your payment is refunded to your Playbox Wallet, like any other paid game. In the lobby and on the join button you’ll see the Early Bird price next to the original (struck-through) price.
