Playbox sends organizers a monthly financial report by email that summarizes your games and money for the period. The report is delivered as both a PDF, for easy reading, and a CSV, so you can open it in a spreadsheet and work with the raw numbers.

It brings together the financial activity from your events over the month, giving you a single place to review what happened without adding up games one by one. Use the CSV for accounting or your own analysis, and keep the PDF as a clean record.

The report arrives automatically, so there is nothing to set up. If you are not receiving it, check that your account email is correct and look in your spam folder.
