My card payment was declined. What do I do?
Read the message you get: Playbox turns the bank’s decline code into a plain reason and a next step, so it already tells you which case this is. A declined attempt takes no money, so retrying is safe.
If the card details are wrong, the message says so: a wrong number, a wrong CVC, an expired card. Fix the field or use another card.
If there is not enough money on the card, you can top up, use another card, or ask the organizer to take cash. If the message points at your payment provider account rather than the card, top that account up: another card will not help there.
If your bank wants to confirm the payment, confirm it in your banking app and try again. If the message says your bank is temporarily unavailable, wait a couple of minutes and repeat.
If the card refuses this type of payment, or your bank declines with no reason given, only another card helps. Playbox cannot lift that from its side. If the message mentions a security check, contact support instead of retrying.
Almost every game also takes cash paid to the organizer, so a card that will not go through does not cost you your spot.
