Is there a commission on free games I organize?

Yes. Free games you organize are charged the minimum commission of $0.30 per player who actually played. This applies to free games starting from 7 October 2026; earlier free games are not charged. There is no ticket price, so the 7% part is zero and only the minimum applies. The fee is counted once the game is completed and taken from your Playbox Wallet in the daily batch. No-shows and players who only signed up are not counted.

Before you publish, the fee line on the Checkout step of the game form shows the estimate, for example “Fee: $0.30 per player (≈ $3.00)” with a “minimum applies” tag, and See breakdown gives the details. A cancelled game is never charged, and commission-free regions stay at 0%. See “How much does Playbox cost?”.
