I paid online but already paid the organizer in cash. How do I get one payment back?

You don’t need to leave the game: if it hasn’t started yet, open the game’s checkout and switch your spot’s payment method to cash (“Pay host directly”). Your online payment then goes back to your Playbox wallet as credit, not to your bank card, and you keep your spot. The cash you handed the organizer stays between you and them.

Don’t leave the game to get the money back: with a cancellation policy, leaving late can cost a fee.

Playbox does not refund games to a bank card. Refunds land in your Playbox wallet as credit you spend on future games.
