How does the Playbox Wallet work?
Playbox Wallet is a built-in wallet available to every user by default.
It is used for paying for games, receiving refunds, and accruing bonuses.
Key Features
-
Every user has a separate wallet for each country they play in.
-
The wallet works in local currency, without conversion.
-
Top-ups by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Telegram Stars get a bonus on top: no bonus below $50, +7% from $50 and +10% from $100, with no upper limit (for example $75 gives +7% and $250 gives +10%). Top-ups are charged in USD, and the wallet holds your local currency.
-
A game costs the same whether you pay from the wallet, by card or by another online method: there is no wallet discount. The money is taken from your wallet when you join, and the organizer receives it the day after the game.
-
After signing up for a game, you can change the payment method, from cash to Wallet and back.
Topping Up the Wallet
Open Wallet and tap “Top up” (minimum $10). Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Inside the Playbox Telegram Mini App you can also top up with Telegram Stars. There is no TON or Telegram Wallet option.
History and Transparency
-
All activity is visible in the Wallet section: top-ups, deductions, bonuses.
-
Filter your history by transaction type to see top-ups, game payments, refunds, bonuses or fees separately.
-
You can turn on an email receipt for every top-up.
