How do I withdraw money from my wallet with Wise?

Open Wallet, tap “Available for pay out”, then “Pay out”, and choose “Bank Account” as the “Payout method” (this is the Wise transfer). Fill in “Recipient details”, then “Currency & amount” (the currency your bank account is held in), then “Bank details”, and confirm.

Before confirming, “See breakdown” shows the “Transfer fee” Wise charges, the exchange rate and the amount you receive. The fee depends on the currency and account type and comes out of the payout; Playbox adds no fee of its own.

Each payout is from $5 to $1000. The amount is reserved from your wallet at once, the Playbox team approves the request by hand, and the bank gets it 3-5 business days after confirmation.

The only other method is “Stripe” (your connected Stripe account). There is no crypto payout.
