How do I get the Fitpass discount or cashback for a game?

If you have Fitpass, you can get 20% off or 30% cashback on paid pickup games in Georgia. At the game, ask the organizer to apply the Fitpass bonus: they show a code on their phone, you scan it in the Fitpass app, and they tap “Apply”. You get a notification.

Then open the game checkout. Under “Discounts” choose one:

• “Discount 20%”: off the price now.

• “Cashback 30%”: you pay the full price and 30% goes to your Playbox Wallet after the game.

Rules:

• The bonus works only when you pay online. If you pay in cash, you pay the full price and get nothing.

• It works only when you joined on your own, not in a group paid by one person.

• If you had already paid online, the difference comes back to your wallet after the game.

• Cashback arrives when the organizer finishes the game.

• You can remove the bonus at checkout with “Cancel bonus”, but only the organizer can apply it again.

• If the organizer applies the bonus after the game (your spot must be paid online), the 20% discount is applied automatically and the difference goes straight to your Playbox wallet. You get a notification with the amount.

Partner offers are listed in the Partners tab of the game lobby.
