How do I apply a Fitpass bonus for a player in my game?

Open the player’s mini profile in your game, tap “Manage participance details”, then “Apply bonus” and pick Fitpass. Ask the player to scan the code on your screen in the Fitpass app, then tap “Apply”. The player chooses 20% off or 30% cashback at checkout.

When it’s available: paid pickup games (not leagues, team draft or challenges), in the country where the partner works (Fitpass: Georgia), and only for players who joined on their own. If the list is empty, you’ll see “There are no partners in your region yet”.

Who pays:

• The discount comes out of your income for that spot, and the Playbox fee is taken from the lower amount.

• Cashback is paid by Playbox. You receive the full price.

The bonus counts only if the player pays online. For a cash spot it is cancelled when you finish the game. It is settled when you finish the game, so finish it in the app. In Payments you see each player’s payment method and discount, and you can remove the discount there.

Forgot to apply it at the pitch? You can still apply it after you finish the game, as long as the player paid online and the payout for this game isn’t made yet. The 20% discount is applied at once: the difference goes to the player’s Playbox wallet and comes out of your income for that spot. Otherwise “Apply bonus” is greyed out with “After the game, only for players who paid online” or “The payout for this game is already made”.
