Does Playbox take a cut of the late-cancellation fee I receive?

Yes. Playbox keeps 7% of every fine, at least $0.50 and never more than the fine, however it is paid: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, wallet, or kept out of the player’s online payment. The player always pays exactly the fine; the share comes out of what you receive.

The fine itself is a percentage of the slot price, never below $1 and never above the slot price.

What reaches you goes to your Playbox wallet as in-app credit: you can spend it in the app (it also covers your commission) but you can’t withdraw it.

If the player was going to pay cash, the fine becomes a debt he owes you. Until he pays it he can’t join any of your games, with any payment method. If he never pays, it expires after 60 days.
