Do I pay commission if all my players pay me in cash?

Yes. The 7% per player (minimum $0.30) is charged for every player in the game, cash and online alike, from your Playbox wallet after the game; with no online income there the wallet goes negative, you top it up, and while it is negative your autopilot (automation) games are not published.

It is deducted from your Playbox wallet after the game, in the daily run at about 10:00 your local time. With no online income in the wallet to cover it, the balance goes negative and you top it up (Wallet, “Top up”). There is no separate invoice.

While the balance is negative, your automation (autopilot) schedules don’t publish new games until you top up. Creating a game by hand still works.
