Do I pay commission for empty slots, or if I cancel a game?

No. If you play, commission is only for players actually in the game (11 of 18 slots means commission for 11). If you cancel, there is no commission at all and every online or wallet payment goes back to the players’ Playbox wallets automatically, not to their cards.

Cash players simply get a cancellation notice.

You can also keep the game and lower the slots or play a smaller format instead of cancelling.

If you do nothing and nobody comes, the game never really starts: once its scheduled time runs out, Playbox cancels it by itself with the reason “Not enough players”, refunds the online payments to the players’ wallets and charges you no commission.
