Can the organizer give back a late cancellation fee?

Yes. Open your own profile in “Game Creator” mode, tap “Restrictions”, then the “Fees” tab, and press Cancel on the fine. You can also do it from the “Fees” tab in the game (“Manage”, “Payments”, “Fees”) or from the fine’s transaction in your wallet history.

• Not paid yet (the usual case for a cash player): the debt is dropped, the player is notified and can join your games again at once.

• Already paid: the money goes back to the player.

The app decides which of the two happens. Only the organizer the fine is owed to can cancel it, once per fine; you don’t need support for it.
