Can I use a promo code when I top up my wallet?

Yes, if it is a Playbox promo code made for top-ups: open the wallet “Top up” page, choose an amount first, type the code in “Have a promo code?” and tap “Apply”. The code adds an extra bonus percent on top of your top-up, shown as “Promo code bonus +amount (percent)”, and the bonus lands in your wallet together with the money.

The code bonus replaces the regular top-up bonus when it is bigger, you never get both. If the regular bonus is bigger, the page says “The top-up bonus is bigger, so we applied it” and the code is not used up. Some codes cap the bonus per top-up, and codes can be limited by city, by date or by number of uses, so a code may be rejected as expired, used up or “You have already used this promo code”. Organizer promo codes do not work for top-ups, only for game spots.

If you change the amount after applying the code, the bonus is recalculated for the new amount before you can pay.
