Why did my reliability and rating drop, and why does calibration show 0/11 again?
Reliability, Trust Level and calibration are three different things, and not playing for a while lowers none of them: while you are away they stay as they were. The exact reason yours changed is in your account history, which this AI chat can’t see: write to human support with your username: Telegram @playbox_support, WhatsApp https://wa.me/995511139045 or email contact@play-box.xyz.

Reliability (show-up rate) is the share of sign-ups you actually kept over your last 20 games. Only leaving a game you signed up for lowers it.
-
Trust Level is how confident the rating is about your level, not the rating itself. After a long break your first game back starts with a slightly lower Trust Level, at most 10 points below its best, so things can look worse at the moment you return; it recovers as you play.
-
Rating moves with your results in competitive games and when Playbox recalculates past matches.

“Calibrating 0/11” is not a reset. Calibration is counted per format: 11 is the 8x8 threshold (5x5 needs 20, 6x6 needs 15), so 0/11 means no confirmed 8x8 results yet. Playing a lot in 5x5 or 6x6 fills those formats’ counters, not the 8x8 one, and that progress is kept.
