What does the green or red triangle next to my place on the leaderboard mean?
No arrow next to your place is normal when you were not on this board a week ago: nothing is broken and nothing needs switching on. The triangle is the place change: how many places a player moved on this leaderboard compared with the same leaderboard one week ago. It sits right next to the place number.
-
Green triangle up with a number: moved up that many places.
-
Red triangle down with a number: dropped that many places.
-
Grey dash: the same place as a week ago.
-
Nothing: there is nothing to compare. The player was not on this board a week ago (for example a new player, or their first game in this period), or the period is less than a week old, like the first days of a new season. There is no “New” label.
“The same leaderboard” means the same format, city, venue, metric and start date, as it looked 7 days before today. On the all-time “PBX” board that is everyone’s rating a week ago. Equal values keep a fixed order, so ties do not create random moves.
It shows on the main leaderboard and the full community and venue leaderboards, including the podium and your pinned row, for everyone. The top 3 preview on a community page has none.
It is not the form arrow, which is the tilted arrow next to the player’s position under their name.
