Is Playbox a video game, or is it for real football?

Playbox is for real, in-person football, not a video game, not FIFA. It’s the digital layer around matches you actually play on a pitch: create or join games, pay for participation, split into teams, and the app records goals, results, ratings, stats and video highlights. Organizers run pickup games, tournaments and leagues; players find games, track stats and climb the rating. Nothing is “played” inside the app, it organises and records football that happens on the field.
