Can I set or change my password from settings?

Yes. Open your profile settings and use the password section to set a password or change the one you already have. This is the path to use when you remember your current password and simply want a new one, and it is also how you add an email and password login to an account you created with Google, Apple or Telegram.

If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” on the login screen instead, and we send you a reset link by email. Requests that send you an email or a code are rate limited, so if you tap several times in a row you may be asked to wait a moment before the next one goes out.
