How to use Telegram bot @playbot_playbot to manage a group?

To have games announced in your Telegram group or channel automatically:

• Add the Playbox bot @playbot_playbot to the group or channel as an administrator. You must be an admin there too.

• Then tick that chat for each game: in the game form tap the “Where to publish” button (your community avatar next to the main button) and tick the chat under “External communities”. Only chats where you are an admin are offered. “Repeat” and recurring games (autopilot) keep the same chats.

Linking the chat on your community page (“Chats and socials”) only shows it to players; it does not post games.

How to add the bot as an administrator:
