How do I link external platforms to my community?

Open your community, tap the gear icon, then “Chats and socials”. Owners and admins can add three kinds of links there:

• Telegram: your chats or channels linked through the Playbox bot (“Add Telegram chat”; “Unlink” removes one). The bot must already be an admin in that chat.

• Facebook: “Add Facebook Page”, pick a connected Page or paste a link.

• “Other links”: WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Website, plus “Add link” for any other address. A wrong address shows “Invalid link”.

They appear as icons in “Chats and socials” on the community’s “About” tab, so players can find you elsewhere; a Telegram chat opens by its invite link. In a private community only participants see them.

Linking here is only a link. Game announcements go to the Telegram chats and Facebook Pages you tick in the game form (“Where to publish”). A WhatsApp group can’t receive automatic game posts: share the game link there.
