How do I delete my Playbox account?
You can delete your account only in the Playbox phone app or on the website app.play-box.xyz, not in the Telegram Mini App (the link is not shown there): open âProfile editingâ, scroll to the very bottom and tap the small grey âDelete accountâ link, then confirm with âDelete accountâ. It is not a row in the Settings list. To open Profile editing, tap âEdit profileâ on your profile, or your name at the top of Settings.
What deletion does: your account is archived right away and canât be restored. Your profile is hidden, you are signed out and canât log in again, and your personal data (name, username, email, phone, Telegram link, date of birth, profile photos) is erased in line with international data protection rules. Results of matches you played stay on the platform without your name, so ratings stay correct for everyone. Signing up again with the same email creates a new, empty account.
