How does the MVP voting work?
After a game, participants vote for the best player. Voting is available after every ranked game, and after non-ranked games that have at least two teams of 3 or more players.
How it works
-
Voting is anonymous, no one sees who voted for whom.
-
Organizers, players, and referees can vote; a player cannot vote for themselves.
-
The poll opens when the game ends and stays open for 12 hours.
-
You select a player and tap Vote; you can change or cancel your vote any time until the poll closes.
-
Live results (each player’s share of votes) are shown while voting is open and stay visible once it closes, there is no separate results screen.
Who wins and how ties are broken
-
The top 3 players by votes take 1st 🥇, 2nd 🥈 and 3rd 🥉 and receive a notification.
-
If players have the same number of votes, the tie is broken in favour of the underdog: the player with the lower PBX rating wins; if ratings are equal, the player from the team that finished lower wins; otherwise the winner is chosen at random.
-
A poll needs at least one vote to produce a winner, a game with no votes simply ends without a best player.
