How do I track payments in the app?

Who still owes you, across all your games, is in your own profile in “Game Creator” mode: tap the “Restrictions” icon, then the “Debtors” tab. There is no “Debts”, “Debtors” or “Financials” tab among a game’s lobby tabs, and the list is not in Settings. If your profile shows no “Restrictions” icon, switch Settings, “Profile mode” to “Game Creator” first.

A single game’s payment summary is also behind the organizer’s “Manage” button on the game page, “Payments” (players grouped as “Not paid”, “Paid” and “Didn’t show”, plus a “Fees” tab for late-cancellation fees). It works after the game too, but it covers only that one game.

Online and wallet spots are charged when the player joins, so those players have already paid, and Playbox credits the money to your wallet at the next daily payout after the game. Money that already reached you is in Wallet, in the history.

Marking a player “Not paid” only records the debt (see “What happens when I mark a player as Not paid?”).
