How do I record an own goal?

Record an own goal for the team that benefits from it. During the match, in the “Match room” tap that team’s “Goal” button, then “Own goal” above the “Goal scorer” list, and pick the player of the other team in “Own goal scorer”.

When you add or fix a goal later (tap the goal in the match timeline, or “Add highlight” under it), tap the scorer: the “Scorer” sheet has a “Goal” / “Own goal” switch on top and one team list below. “Goal” lists the scoring team’s players, “Own goal” lists the other team’s players. Switching selects the first player of the new list, so pick the right player before “Save”.

An own goal counts for the team whose “Goal” you tapped, does not add to the scorer’s personal goals and shows as “Own goal” in the timeline and highlights. It has no assist, so the assist step is skipped. The scorer must be on the pitch at that minute; otherwise Playbox rejects it and names the player and minute.
