Playbox takes over the admin of your game: sign-ups and waitlist, payments, teams and results with ratings. The pitch and the first players stay on you: Playbox doesn’t book the venue and doesn’t bring players to a first game.

• Sign-ups: you share one game link in WhatsApp, Telegram or as a QR code; players join from it without installing the app. Playbox keeps the list, the waitlist and reminders.

• Payments: cash tracking (who paid, who owes) or online payment that reaches your Playbox wallet.

• Teams and results: balanced team split, live score, stats, ratings and a match history players come back for.

• Announcements: the Playbox bot posts the game and sign-up updates to your Telegram group, and a weekly game can run on autopilot.

You arrange the venue and seed the first sign-ups yourself, usually from the group you already have.
