Why is my game posted in a Telegram group I didn't choose?
Because the app remembers the Telegram chats and Facebook Pages you ticked last time and ticks them again for your next game, so a group you chose once keeps getting new games until you untick it. If you have only one chat connected, it is ticked for you. Playbox posts only to the chats ticked for each game in “Where to publish” (the community avatar button next to the main button of the game form).
To stop it:
-
For a single game: open the game, Edit, tap “Where to publish”, untick the group and save. The bot deletes its post from that chat.
-
For a recurring schedule: Settings, “Organizer tools”, “Recurring events”, open the schedule, “Where to publish”, untick, “Save”. If a game from it is already up, choose “Update it too” to fix that game as well.
You don’t need to remove the bot from the group. One more case: in cities with a Playbox city hub, public games are also posted to the city chat by Playbox itself; make the game Private to keep it out.
