Why did the bot offer to put my game on autopilot?

Because that game looks like a weekly habit and you have not answered the banner in the lobby yet. The bot sends the offer once a day at 10:30 to organizers whose game qualifies, so you do not have to open the lobby to find out.

You get one message per slot, not one per game. A slot is the pitch plus the weekday plus the hour, so a game you run every Tuesday at 20:00 is mentioned once, however many times it repeats.

The message comes with two buttons. “Turn on autopilot” takes you to your recurring events. “Do not suggest for this game” stores the refusal on our side, tied to the slot rather than to your phone, so it also hides the banner in the lobby and survives a new device. The X on the lobby banner does the same from the other side.
