Who gets notified about my private game, and will it be posted to my Telegram channel?

Who gets a notification about a new game depends on the game and on its community’s type:

• Private game: only participants of the game’s community, and only if that community is private. A private game in a public community notifies nobody.

• Public game: players of linked permanent teams, people who follow you as an organizer (for that format), venue subscribers and Game Radar matches, plus all participants if the community is private.

A public community never notifies its “members”: its players hear about games through your organizer follow, the venue and Game Radar.

Telegram works separately: the announcement goes to every chat or Facebook Page you ticked for the game in “Where to publish”, private or not. Only the Playbox city hub chat skips private games. If a private game must not appear in your channel, untick it there.

So to keep your regulars notified about private games, make your community private and approve them as participants.
